<p>For Fabienne, sustainability means small, easy steps — like reducing packaging waste and energy consumption. She started with a plastic-free bathroom and now prefers regional and seasonal groceries.</p>
<p>For Thomas, the social side of sustainability matters most: fair and responsible treatment of employees and partners. He enjoys taking part in social initiatives and helping people reach their goals in everyday life.</p>
<p>Kevin keeps sustainability present as often as possible. To him, sustainability isn't about giving things up — as long as you know the right alternatives. He focuses on regional and well-sourced groceries and volunteers in environmental and educational projects.</p>
